Attachment and Primary COB Submission

ADP and ADS(NWDS) accept attachments and primary coverage information online on our WWW site. You must first have a login name and password to the site. The account is provided at no cost and there are no additional charges to enter date or to scan images.

Once you have access to the site you can search for the claim that require more information to process using the claims viewer. Click on the link buttons beside each claim to enter the required information or scan the attachment into our system.

The claim will then be release for processing and proceed to be paid.

To scan a attachment into the system you will need a TWAIN compliant scanner. We recommend the Epson Perfection series scanners with the film attachment. These scanners are readily available at most office supply stores.
