APM's first building. Constructed in 2004 by SunWest Builders, this building offers superior executive office space. The building was designed to serve as corporate headquarters for the Advantage Community. Advantage occupies the upper floor leaving the lower floor for tenant space.
The facility offers common conference room and facilities. All tenant spaces are prewired for phone and computer networks. Quantum Communications provides fiber optic internet connections for high bandwidth communications. Tenants also have the option of using the common phone system and computer facilities.
